1. The service

SMSXR.com provides temporary phone numbers for receiving one-time SMS verification codes. Numbers are provided on a per-use basis and are not owned by you.

2. Accounts and balance

You must provide accurate registration details. Wallet balance is used to pay for orders; you are only charged when an SMS is actually delivered. Orders that receive no SMS within the delivery window are refunded to your wallet automatically. Wallet balance is non-transferable.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, spam, or to violate the terms of third-party platforms. We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, chargeback fraud, or multi-account manipulation of promotions.

4. Refunds

Undelivered SMS orders refund automatically to your wallet. Wallet top-ups are refundable to the original payment method only where required by law. Contact support for payment disputes before opening a chargeback — chargebacks lead to account suspension pending review.

5. Availability

Number stock and delivery rates depend on upstream carriers and vary by country and service. We provide the service "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability.

6. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the thirty days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
