1. Data we collect

Account data (name, email, hashed password), order history, wallet transactions, support conversations, and technical data (IP address, device information) needed for fraud prevention.

2. What we use it for

Providing the service, processing payments, preventing abuse and fraud, responding to support requests, and sending transactional emails. We do not sell personal data.

3. SMS content

Messages received on temporary numbers are stored so we can show them to you and handle disputes, then purged on a rolling schedule. Do not use temporary numbers for accounts you intend to keep long-term.

4. Payment data

Card and PayPal payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal; we never see your full card number. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments.

5. Retention & your rights

You can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time via a support ticket. We retain transaction records as long as legally required for accounting purposes.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary session cookies for login and CSRF protection. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
